MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

“In this new class we train striking techniques along with basic rules of controling distance and timing. Then we blend it all into take downs and basic ground techniques as well. This class has elements of Karate, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, and Jujitsu!”
Whether you’re looking to improve your striking technique or just want to work up a sweat, our MMA course is high-intensity, effective, and welcome to all levels!
MMA happens from 6-7 PM on Mondays.
Taught by Eric Fuchs, certified UFC gym instructor & SAG-AFTRA stunt actor!
